Overview of Outdoor Idea

We believe that children’s experiences outdoors can be enhanced by environments which support children’s learning, growth and development. We are striving to create outdoor environments that allow our students to play in a more creative manner and learn through a deeper connection to the outdoors.

The Specifics: What will the $5,000 fund?

$5000.00 funding will provide the following:
1. Young trees native to Montana for students to identify and learn
2. Diverse play features such as an open sand area and/or large boulders that will promote creative play
3. Outdoor classroom features such as enhancing our current garden plots and developing animal habitats for students to engage in outdoor learning experiences
4. Signage for all existing and new outdoor features on our school grounds

I would put money towards this even if it doesn't win.
